Sync ical to droid

Hi, I have an Imac with Snow Leopard. How do I Sync the calendar and contacts with the Droid ?

How do I get google calendar on mac with snow leopard ?
Then how do I sync it with Ical and ultimately sync with the Droid ?

For flawless sync of both ical and address book (wirelessly) try spanning sync. Works just as you would expect, basically install and it works.
