Sync with GroceryIQ

I have been GroceryIQ since last year. Recently it has been unable to sync with my desktop. I have sent a number of requests to their customer support with no results. Is anyone else who uses GroceryIQ have the same problems on their Droid X. I have the latest updates on the Droid and from GroceryIQ. I also uninstalled the program and reinstalled it, and it still won't sync. It does show that it is syncing but doesn't finalize. Help.

I had some of the same issues with my OG Droid over the course of the past few months. Finally gave up and moved to a different app.

Just received a call from GroceryIQ, finally. There was an issue between the latest version of the phone software and GroceryIQ. GroceryIQ sent out a patch yesterday and it was downloaded and installed automatically. He then had me go into the settings in GroceryIQ and go to LIST SHARING POLLING and set the polling to 30 seconds. IT WOIKS NOW. WHOPPEE. Hope that helps you. Love this program.
