Synching IMac address book to Droid X

I am hooked up to my iMac through the USB charger, but I'm unsure how to synch my contacts...and music.

Welcome! I have a Mac and I sync my contacts via Gmail. I have iCal synced to my Gmail calendar so my contacts and calendar sync to my phone and anything I add via the phone passes back.
