Syncing exchange contacts with outlook 2010

Outlook 2010 now has a suggested contacts folder that the older versions of outlook didnt have. For some reason past versions of blur liked to sync these contacts along with the regular contacts making a huge mess on the phone. Can anyone tell me that has a bionic tied into corporate email with outlook 2010 have this problem still?
