Syncing OTA

Anyone having issues syncing over the air. I am having Connection time outs when trying to sync AOL. And, I am having issues getting my Google Play uploaded music to sync up on my DNA.

I've had issues syncing with Google for months now. But since I've had the DNA I've noticed my Google music skipping a lot. I've yet to clear cache or reboot to see if it helps.
