syncing Outlook Calendar to Razr

I have the google sync installed. Everything I enter on my razr calendar shows up on my laptop, outlook calendar and my google calendar
on my laptop but when I enter a new event on my outlook calendar from my laptop it does not go to my razr. Only syncing one way.
This is an important issue for my work. Thanks

I use Outlook but I use a software called gSyncIt which syncs both ways - Outlook to Google and Google to Outlook...
