Syncing Sent Items to Exchange?

Hi all,

For some reason my sent items keeps reverting to manual sync even though I keep setting it to '3 days automatics

I am syncing to Microsoft Exchange.

Might it be related to the tens of thousands of emails in my sent items?

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Might have to get with your IT guy who set it up and check their settings on their end they might be over writing what you are doing on your phone.
