Ok. Once rooted how do you change it? Pretty sure custom rom will but, what if someone wanted to stay with stock rom?

You can use MetaMorph, but make sure you make a backup!!!

Yes, Get bootstrap and make a backup so if you do mess up your stock ROM you have something to go back to.
Jrummy16 has an app in the market that will change the boot logo.
He also has an app called root tools that will change the animation

One more question. How can i modify the pulldown menu? Can a image be placed on the pull down to be used as a background? An example of what im talking about is the ones that have the android at the bottom corner. But im not after the droid. I have somethimg else in mind.

Glad you shared this. Pull downs are sweet but how can i get one with the image I want? Gonna have to explore the site. Looks like it has a ton of cool stuff.

I would just explore the forums for things about MetaMorph. I'm sure you could put your own pic in one, I just dont know how.

Thanks for the help. Good info. Just what i needed. Not ready for a custom rom since i have no issues with the.stock one. Just want to change the stock look. Switched to adw ex and love it but you can only customize it so much.
