So, I've been running the leaked gb and trying to prep for the official version. I've never used an sbf and I have the tbh app. The only. 340 I see now says to use as an update. Is this what I use with RSD lite? It says to find instructions on mydrioidworld, but I can't seem to find anything regarding this. Thanks for the help.

No, that is applied in clockwork, it doesn't work too well from GB, you should use a full .sbf file, look here and here

What is wrong with it? I used it to flash back and have not run into any issues in the last week.
