Anyone know if you can use the tbh aio to go from cm7 to. 602?

Yes, unless you're on the gb kernel version of cm7 from revnumbers. You must be on the .340 kernel to use the tbh all in one.

I just read the.instructions and yes you can use it from any firmware... the.radio file will only update from froyo... but if you are already on the gingerbread cm7. Then you should already have the new radio.
