I have the original Droid, no hacks or custom ROMS.
I also have a Dell Streak 7 that my Dell rep sent to me (It helps that we spend over $40,000 a year with Dell
)
The Streak is not connected to any cell provider, so it is wi-fi only.
Of course I Have a data plan with my Droid.
I would like to get 3G internet access from the Streak using the connection from my Droid, but have no idea how to do this. I dont think I have even ever successfully tethered a laptop to my Droid before.
I know there are apps out there to do this, but they seem to focus on tethering a computer with your phone, not a android system with anotehr android system.
Any help is appreciated!
