Text and other issues with s3

I always turn my phone sideways when i text. When im done sending a text there is a call button on the screen right next to the back button on the phone. Is there anyway to delete this call button? I always end up calling the person im texting. Second, sending pics is pretty much impossible with this phone. Takes forever if they do send, usually fails then have to re send. Any suggestions. Last i constantly get a sorry google play store has stopped screen come up. What is this and is there any fixes. Ive had this phone almost 3 months and can say I absolutely HATE it. I miss my incredible 2 so much.

I would use samsung kies and do a reset of the phone. This will clear everything out so make a backup of your stuff. This will reprogram your phone and should solve most issues
