Text message from the right person, but wrong name?

I have a contact listed in my phone twice. One is an "in case of emergency" contact, the other with their correct name.

Both contacts have the same two phone numbers in it (home/mobile). When I get a text message or call from the person it shows the ICE name instead of their real name.

Is there any way to exclude specific contacts from being displayed in those situations? I'm guessing the app looks for the first contact to match the number coming in, and the ICE name comes (alphabetically) before the first name of the contact.

My old moto dumbphone did the same darn thing.

Maybe add an A or a character to the beginning of the name. So it is first in the list?>
