I recieve text messages with a street address in them on a regular basis. Is there any app out there that would recognize that it is an address and link it to google maps or something? Thanks.
Would this happen to be for public safety uses? If so try CADpage. I work for a fire department and receive runs through sms. It recognizes the address and maps it in google maps for me.
It is, I am in a Fire Department as well. This looks like an application that would work for me. I have installed it, now I will just play the waiting game.
I'll post back to let you know how everything worked.
Just an FYI so you don't make the mistake I did. You need to go into the settings and set the filter to only filter messages sent from your dispatch center. I thought it would just work after install and it did not until it is set to look for messages from a specific address.
