Text Pics to Gallery

How can you put a photo that was sent via text message into your gallery?? Ive tried and I just cant seem to do it ..Any Suggestions??? Thanks !!!

If you're using the stock app I think you long press and then press save. If you're using handcent, hit the menu button and select save mms, then it will allow you to select the pic you want. Also, the files will be in a different folder in the gallery. I think mine go to downloads, it's not in the camera folder.
