Does anyone know of an app that has a scheduling feature?

Let's say I wanted to remind my girlfriend to take her birth control every day, haha, but I didn't want to have to remember.

Or to automatically send a text to my deadbeat roommate every month for send in his rent, etc...

Any app that can set a text message to send on a scheduled basis?

If you want to schedule Text message, then try once future scheduler. It will schedule text, calls, social media post and Emails.
