Text to Voice?

I've searched pages and pages but can't seem to find out how to have GNex "vocalize" my texts and emails, something that would come in handy while driving. Anyone?

I may be mistaken, but I believe the Talkback service has this function. If that doesn't work, you might want to try Vlingo.
