text when you ignore a call.

My phone updated today. Now it no longer gives me the option to send a text when i ignore a call. I loved that feature as soon as i hit ignore it gave me four options of texts i could send and if i did not respond it sent my default. Any one know how to get this back?

Ok i see where it is now. The text button in the middle brings up the quick responses !
