Texts and E-mails going out days later?

Over the past week my Gmail stopped automatically updating, I have to go in and manually refresh it. Then I have had three different people tell me they got my texts and E-mail 2-3 DAYS after I sent them. My phone gives me no warning that they did not send correctly, and this could end up causing a serious issue.

Are you using an automated task killer or are you manually killing tasks? Don't.

If that's not the problem, you may need to clear data for "Gmail storage" under phone settings > manage applications

As for texts not sending out in time, I don't know but a task killer could cause this.

You probably nailed it, I did start using a task killer, I'll stop using it.
