Text's dissapeared

I'm running CM 6.1.2, not that it has anything to do with my problem. Didn't know where else to ask this.

I've been texting all day with no problems. Now I just received 2 txts from the same person and my list of messages have all completely vanished from every contact and the only thing left are the 2 most recent txts from my friend. I rebooted and it didnt fix it. How the hell did i lose all my txts!?

no idea but mine has done that at least 3 - 4 times the past year. . .i guess the only thing to do is to set up a backup everyday and when it happens hopefully you can restore most of your texts
