The blinking red light

Can anyone tell me what the blinking red light in the top left hand corner means?

And to all..... A VERY HAPPY HOLIDAY SEASON!
 
No,
But I did try this, I turned off the wi-fi and it stopped blinking, and I was still in the house where my wi-fi is strong when it was blinking.
