On my notifications bar where it says "4G LTE", sometimes it is white, and sometimes it is blue ... what does that mean? Just curious

White: connected to the internet.
Blue: connected to the internet and to Google's servers.
Many things that require an internet connection won't work properly unless you're connected to Google's servers, but others will. The two colors also represent the same connection states for 3G.
