If you are going to watch a durability test I like to watch a test that is a bit more scientific than just someone dropping a phone onto concrete. Zack of JerryRigEverything likes to put each new phone through his own series of durability testing. He recently gave the treatment to LG's G6 and the phone proves to be a durability champ in the end.
The scratch test finds that the display won't scratch until a Mohs Hardness scale 6 pick is used (some rock including granite will scratch the device). The LG logo is under the glass and won't scratch off, and the front facing camera gets the same front glass protection. The rear facing cameras are protected with scratch resistant glass as well. The display bounces back after a quick burn test. The LG G6 makes use of a design trick which adds durability to the overall phone. They have tucked the glass under the metal frame which adds rigidity. The phone passes the bend test because of this. The LG G6 is one of the best performing phones under this series of tests.
