The OnePlus 5T Is The World's Fastest Charging Phone!

Tom's Guide just released their phone charging speed test which reveals that the OnePlus 5T is the fastest charging phone in the world. The OnePlus 5T features Dash Charge which is not only able to charge your phone quickly, but can even charge your phone quickly while you are using it. This is a pretty big deal as most phones will only maintain battery levels when charging while in use.

According to Tom's Guide The OnePlus 5T charges up to 59% in 30 minutes and charges to 93% in a full hour. That is pretty amazing when compared to other smartphones on the market like the Galaxy Note 8 which still uses older quick charge 2.0 technology. The Note 8 only reaches 35% in the first 30 minutes and 74% in a full hour. The only device that nearly matched the OnePlus 5T was the LG V30 which uses Quick Charge 4.0 technology. The V30 was able to reach 53% at 30 minutes and 86% at a full hour. It should be noted that the OnePlus 5T has a battery size of 3300mah this is equal to the Note 8 and V30. Dash Charge is clearly the superior tech, but you shouldn't be too worried if your phone at least features QC4.0 as it is nearly as fast.

I still have mine. Have tempered Glass and in a Defender. Rooted too. I use it from Time to Time. Love the Battery Life. Now the Moto Z Force is my Backup
