Could a nightly be pushed out with the ability to add the (blue arrows) corporate sync back to the rom, or even a .zip format that could be flashed through clockwork? The current corporate sync that comes with the rom won't work because of the permissions required, I keep getting a cannot connect to server error.

Someone correct me if I'm mistaken, but I believe you're talking about the sync thats in the moto blur build? See all of those Moto applications are based off the blur engine. They are not based of the basic AOSP which is the purpose behind cyanogenmod. In order to get something like that to work, I suggest you run one of the other AOSP "feels like" roms such as Apex or Liberty or something of that sort which still have the blur underneath based on the .596 build. Have you looked into a possible replacement on the market? I'm not knowledgeable of Cooperate sync so I appologize if its not replaceable. I simply know its not as simple as sticking it back in there, and I firmly believe they will not support it in cyanogen because of such.
