Theme and icons?

This is a survey for icons in a theme. Do you prefer monochrome or color? Trying to decide on my new theme im about to release.

well, since you asked a very open question....I would love an icon pack that is themed around the lock buttons in the gingerbread themes. Transparent background with a lighted neon (but understated) effect to the lines within the icon.
