Themes not applying

I'll admit I'm a n00b when it comes to MIUI but my themes aren't applying. For example I downloaded Suave HD (Which I want to run so bad!!!!) and it says theme applied please reboot. But rather than rebooting it simply goes to the home screen and doesn't apply theme. Also a manual reboot yields no success. Could it be my kernel? Anyone have ideas?

its an issue they are working on. n_i_x's build has it working in it but you will get random reboots using it. Im currently using n_i_x's build with the inexus theme.

Yeah Im putting up with the random reboots on nix's build just for the themes. The reboots only come when you are doing a lot of stuff at once or have the phone hooked up to usb. give nix's build a shot, its worth it.

yeah its a known problem i think they figured out what was causing nix's version to reboot and as soon as they have time they will be fixing it but it is the week of thanksgiving and alot of people have family things going on right now.
