Themes under the theme menu?

Any get these to work or am I doing something wrong?

I select the them and press "install theme" and it just says "working - running command...." for a while and nothing happens.

Use the theme chooser in the app drawer.

I get the same thing on most the themes.....I dont know why either.. I did get acouple of them to actually load and show up in the theme chooser..but not alot of them
