So my city (Huntsville, AL) is getting 4g on the 21st and there was an article about it in the paper today. I work 3rd shift so I always read the paper when it gets delivered. Anyway I was reading the article about 4g when I saw this. I took several pics so no one would think it was an old paper

That just sounds like an old ad. The free Hotspot ended on the 6th, and obviously unlimited data for new contracts did as well. Maybe they just never updated their info? I agree that people could give the VZW folks a hard time, but they'll just say "That offer has ended". Like with anything, it's going to be dependent on current pricing.
