This is a large file you must connect to wifi to download

Has anyone had this come up? Even if I connect to wifi I still get the same warning triangle. 3G 4g wifi... I can't download any new apps or even update any.

Sounds like you have Data Saver Set. Tap your Menu icon and go to Settings. To go Battery & Data Manager. Tap Data Saver. Tap the "i" after Market. If you turn data saver off, it will no longer do that.
