Threaded Conversations in Email

I've just switched over from the iPhone. Although somewhat challenging, I'm excited about the direction the android platform is heading. Thus far, I've been able to make the phone work the way I want to except in this one area.

I need my email to be able to be sorted by conversation and I need to be able to move that conversation to a folder or delete the conversation with one action. In other words, I don’t want to have to move 4 emails one at a time to my "Work" folder. Outlook 2010 does a great job of it, The iPhone does this well and many other phones other than the Droid X does a very good job of it.

I tried Touchdown. It groups them by conversation; however I can’t find a way to move the entire conversation at once.

Any help would be great. Thanks

the newest gmail app does this with your emails it handles, but since your asking for corporate email and not gmail... you may have to do the moving via your computer and not your phone.
