Thunderbolt always on silent?

So my Thunderbolt is always on silent mode.
When I have it on vibrate or ring, it doesn't do either. Because of this, I never know when I'm getting a text or phone call unless I check my phone.
It was working fine a couple days ago, and now it suddenly isn't.
Any help please?

Hey - I know this is pretty old, but I'm having this same problem with my Thuderbolt as well! Phone is about 6 months old, never dropped, been wet, etc. It started gradually like a week ago, but now there is absolutely no sound coming from my phone. I took it in this weekend to get the harddrive reset or something like that, but it didn't work. What did you end up doing?
