Thunderbolt battery taking hours and hours to charge

I have just had my thunderbolt since Saturday but everytime I charge it it takes 6 to 8 hours to get to a full charge. CurrentWidget shows that it never charges over about 160mAh even though the wall charger is 1 Ah. Any suggestions? I am running gingeritis IX.

Have you tried a factory reset?

On the phone you mean? I have wipes it and installed a new Rom.

Long charge time

I am have two Thunderbolts with a similar problem. Phones were on their chargers for six hours, started at 5% and only got to 80%.

I am currently traveling with Thunderbolt #1 listed above.

Yesterday, Battery Monitor Widget showed 130 mA when charging on USB or AC power.

Today, 296 mA on USB, 658 mA on AC using an 850 mA travel charger.

I made no changes to the phone, there was a reboot this morning.

Reboot

That's what did it for me. After I Reboot, Battery Monitor Widget showed 334 from 150 before the Reboot.
