Thunderbolt & Swype

All gotta start somewhere I suppose, so my 'noob' question is when instailling swype beta and following the instructions of the website, I had to dismiss a personal data warning about it recording my calls, collecting personal data etc etc. But I saw no other way of getting swype and thats honestly how I can type on these smartphones. So my question is, did I just screw up? Anything I should worry about? The warning signs didnt make me feel any happier downloading it. Hopefully I didnt cause anything to screw up already, literally just got it today
