Time to SBF from leaked gingerbread back to froyo.. Please help!

So I've had the leaked TBH .591 GB. As the gb update is "iminete" (yeah right) I want to sbf back to froyo. I have never sbf'ed before and have a general understanding, but can anyone like post a guide/links for the drivers and whatnot? That would be very greatly appreciated!
