Time trial for oval racing?

I race on a dirt track and would love an app that can detect my lap times without me pressing a button. Is there something like that out there? I mean really all it has to do is start a time when you pass a certain GPS location than stop and start a new lap when you pass those coordinates again. If this isnt available I'd be willing to pay someone to develop it.
