Can someone give me a run down as to how to make a backup and what the scheduling means? If someone could pm me to help me get better familiar with it I'd appreciate it . Only thing I've done is freeze apps. Thanx alot

TiBu will backup your apps and data so that you can restore them when flashing ROMs - you can do this under app settings, batch, backup user apps. You can schedule how often the app will backup new app downloads, updates, etc.

I backup data along with apps. I also sync to drop box often. I keep 2 backups per app.

I just thought of something related to doing backups. I did a complete backup of my Bionic while on .893 with Rom Manager, then I upgraded to .901. If I restore that BU would it put me back on .893 or just restore all my apps and data but leaving me on .901?

Just curious. Thanks!

Do I want just run apps or data+apps?

I back up all data and apps but I only restore downloaded apps & needed data (apps with sign in info for example) and never system apps/ data (can cause usage problems).

As noted, I keep 2 to 3 backups as well.

You could create some system issues as the system info had changed.
