Titanium Backup & Contact list

I did a quick search but couldnt find anything specific that would answer my question. Whenever ive flashed a new ROM ive always Wiped data/cashe. Ive now read that for a full wipe to a clean ROM you should format system/data/cashe.
In doing this however what it will wipe is the first 2gb partition which holds the operating system and all personal user data like your contacts, bookmarks, APN settings for Internet access, accounts etc.

Using TB, where would I find the actual contact list to save? Under contacts this is what ive found..

Contacts 2.3.4 (think this is just the contact app)
Contacts Storage 2.3.4
Contacts Sync 2.3.4
ContactsData 2.3.4

Would any one of these hold my actual contacts?

Your contacts should come back when you sign in your google account. Just make sure you got the sync on and it should work. It hasn't failed me yet.
using tb could be dangerous when restoring a system app like that, especially when switching roms with different os versions.
