Titanium Backup debloat?

So i am rooted and wat to debloat.. Heard this is possible with titanium backup. My question is i see a freeze button and uninstall? now that i am rooted i can uninstall? or freeze? what is the difference i thought we had to freeze because uninstall isnt possible.

Uninstall deletes the app, freezing removes it from the system

I member people would always recommend freezing because uninstalling the bloatware may cause problems if you later want to update. That's what I heard when I was on my D2, not sure if it applies for HTC TB though.
