Titanium backup ( hosts ) deleted ?? Is this bad

I recently noticed on titanium backup there is an app at the very bottom that is not backed up and deleted the file name is (hosts). all my apps are backed up and not deleted just frozen, this app being deleted could it interfere with ota updates.
the file is at the very bottom of the picture.

A line through it means there is a backup but whatever is backed up is not installed.
