To JB or not JB?? Pros and Cons

I'm running on 215, now that JB has been out for a few weeks what are your thoughts, us it worth it to update or not? Pros and cons?
 
Not to be rude but there are many many threads on this subject, a search will probably yield you most if not all of your answers.
