To what extent will I be able to use my D2 Global in CHINA?!

I'm traveling to China for a week. From reading other forums, all I've seen is that roaming fees are real pricey. Does that mean I can keep my phone on there with airplane mode on? Or should I just leave it turned off.. No idea what to do!

Just unlock your sim on your phone and then you can use pre paid sim card from there
