Measure vehicle performance Find faults and reset them View data in Google Earth See what your car is doing in realtime, get fault codes, sensor data and more!

An OBD II engine ECU diagnostics tool that uses a cheap bluetooth ELM/OBD adapter to connect to your car OBD2 engine management system

Shows and Resets fault codes

Can export map/track log files to Google Earth KML / CSV

Head up Display/HUD

This is the free/basic version - it lets you get a feel for the application and lets you find out if it works with your vehicle/dongle combination; but may contain some small bugs including not working on some nissan/chrysler/subaru ECUs. The paid version has support for more vehicles and ECU types.

this is an AWESOME app

I just got my bluetooth dongle in today (a whopping $25 on eBay), and paid the price for the full version of Torque, and if you're a car nut, it's WELL worth the price. I drive a 2010 Ford F150, and it's crazy how much data it will show for it.

It's not just fun to play around with either; it's useful if you ever have to read OBDII codes because your "Check Engine" light is on, or simply to clear that light and turn it off.

I'd highly recommend this app to any gearhead.

I'm using this on my HTC Thunderbolt, and it works great. Word of warning for HTC device users though, you need to open Pandora and turn off it's built in bluetooth setting. For whatever reason, it screws with this app and it's bluetooth communication, and will cause the phone to lock up when exiting. It's a known problem and is actually in Torque's info, but I failed to read all that at first... I couldn't figure out why my phone kept locking up and I was having to pull the battery to get it to turn off before I could turn it back on... I was beginning to get upset and then I went to the market to find the app creator's email address to ask him about the problem, and I read the info and seen that down there and could have kicked myself in the butt for missing it... Turned the bluetooth off in Pandora, and it works fantastically now :)

my half-baked review :D

I don't normally do reviews, but I REALLY enjoy this app

I've been waiting for a good app that does this exact thing. Kudos. I'm ordering my OBD dongle tonight!

A couple questions that I hope someone can answer.

1. Does the free or paid version include data logging to the SD card? If so, can this data be pulled up onto a PC?

2. Can you have multiple profiles? For example, I have one OBDII car, and one OBDI car, (plus a motorcycle, but it's carbed, so no OBD there). Do I have to reset everything going from one to the other?
