Totally Dead???

Went to bed, phone worked fine, I wake up and it's dead. Won't charge, won't turn on. Store changed batteries and nothing. I took out sd card and replaced and now it lights like its charging, but still won't turn on.

Any idea's?

Only 10 months old...
