Touch Screen Issue

First of all love the rom. The only issues I am having is with the touch screen. If I am scrolling and come to a stop the screen will jump up and down. This also affects games as well.

Mine has been doing the same thing since v1.1, I thought it was just me!

Happens to me only when my phone is plugged in. Any other time it works perfectly fine. Seems to be a common issue.
