Touchscreen acts weird when phone on charger?

Does your Droid act weird when it is on the charger? The Touchscreen doesn't want to register touching while on the charger......anyone else?

Exact answer really. I don't remember it doing that on my OEM charger or blackberry OEM charger at home. It only does it on my cheap ebay one that I have here at work.
