Transfer from SD card to SD card without reader

Lovin the new Bionic I got yesterday! Does anyone know how to transfer music, pics and video from my SD card from my now old D2 to my new Bionic? I plugged it into my PC via USB thinking I could do a simple drag and drop, but I can't see my card, only my phone files. I want to keep all of the data on the card, just copy it to the new card??

Did you put it in Mass Storage mode? When you're connected to the PC, drag down the notification bar, hit the USB mode and change it to mass storage.
