Transfer info without retyping?

Hi,

I've had my droid a while now but still have tons of info on my old treo that I've not transferred yet because I'm looking for an app that I can use to copy/paste my memo's info, and other stuff from my treo desktop software to a memo-app (or any kind of applicable software) without having to retype it all...

Can anyone recommend an app that will allow me to open it up on my pc desktop to paste to and sync to my droid? It's a lotta info and I don't want to keep carrying both phones everywhere--and that's exactly what I'm doing, for the moment.

Google Docs is probably the simplest option if you already have a Google account. You could also install something like Docs to Go if your info is already MS formatted.
