Transfer music from SD card to phone memory

I have spent a bit of time trying to find the answer to this question and cannot seem to find it anywhere (although I have noticed it has been asked before).


Is there a way to transfer music from the SD card to the phone memory? I have a large music library I would like to store on my phone and the SD card just isnt enough. I use very little of the phone memory as is and was wanting to put it to better use.

If you are using VCast then it is quite simple. Under preferences/transfer to device- you have a choice then to transfer to external or internal memory.

Thank you for your help. However, I am not using VCast, and oddly (and interestingly) it does not appear VCast has been installed on my phone.

By chance are you aware of a way of transferring the files NOT using VCast?
