Hey community...first post here...have had Droid for 3 weeks...i love it. When i got the phone they put my SD card in my old phone and took the photos and reinstalled SD card and transfered photos to my droid...all was well i was happy. Tonight i was pooping around and i deleted those photos. Can i get them back? They are no longer in my old phone nor in my droid. Are they somehow saved in my droid or on the SD card?
Thanks so much in advance

assuming you deleted them while mounted to yur pc.....did you check your recycle bin?

No actually deleted the album on the phone while not plugged into PC or anything...the reason i did it, is because i had 2 of the same albums, however one had all the same photos but the second album had the same photos plus like 3 or 4 more so i thought...hey lemme just delete this other one...well when i did it deleted both of them

You deleted the photos from the card, so your filesystem has likely declared the space available on the card, but likely the pictures have not actually been overwritten. It is possible to recover photos from an SD card when they become corrupted. Use a program like this ( PhotoRec - CGSecurity) and a card reader and you should be able to get most of the photos back. Stop using the card until you have a chance to try and recover the photos or you may overwrite them. No promises it will work, but i've had good luck with it.
